

Floor Vibration Assessment — Test Before Construction
PTFEM+OP™ Floor Vibration Assessment enables engineers to predict how a floor will actually respond to human activities or moving vehicles before construction begins.
The module combines finite element modeling, modal analysis, time-history simulation, and frequency-domain assessment to evaluate floor responses under activities such as walking, jumping, rhythmic motion, or vehicle movements.
Rather than relying only on natural frequency, PTFEM+OP™ evaluates the actual dynamic response at selected locations across the floor and compares it with activity-specific human comfort criteria.
